Terms of Service

Effective: April 2026

1. Service Description

RAMUS Executive is a decision intelligence tool that analyses business documents and produces structured Decision Packs. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, or financial advisor. All output is analytical projection for strategic preparation purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

The service may be used for analysing business decisions, transactions, disputes, and board matters. Users must not upload documents they are not authorised to share. Users must not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the proprietary analysis methodology.

3. Output Ownership

You own the Decision Pack output generated from your documents. RAMUS does not retain copies. Once you download your output and your session ends, your data is permanently destroyed.

4. Disclaimer

All findings, exposures, and recommendations are analytical projections based on available information. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Verify all findings with qualified professional advisors before making any decision.

5. Limitation of Liability

RAMUS's liability is limited to the assessment fee paid. RAMUS is not liable for decisions made based on the assessment output, for the accuracy of the AI analysis, or for any consequential losses.

6. Data Handling

See our Trust & Security page and Privacy Policy for full details. Zero-retention: no data stored beyond the active session.

7. Access Codes

Access codes are non-transferable. Each code has a defined number of uses. Unused assessments expire 12 months from code creation. No refunds for unused assessments.

8. Intellectual Property

RAMUS™, Creative Pivot™, the Strategic Challenge Layer, and all associated methodologies are the intellectual property of TCC Projects CC t/a Groenewald Consulting. Users are granted a limited licence to use the output but may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the underlying methodology.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under AFSA Rules, seated in Johannesburg.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
