Personal information (no name, email, or identity required). Document content (not logged, not stored). Analysis results (not logged, not stored). Vector embeddings (not created). Browsing data or cookies beyond the session cookie.
Documents are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) for AI analysis. Anthropic's commercial API terms prohibit training on customer data. Processing occurs on Anthropic's US infrastructure. No data is stored at rest on RAMUS servers.
Zero retention. All data is destroyed when your session ends. The billing log (code + timestamp + ok/fail) is retained for 12 months for accounting purposes and contains no document content.
